idea

The idea is to deal the maximum amount of damage in the minimum amount of time while keeping the target under control.

Implementation

The combination of abilities looks like this: 
Thunder Clap + Storm Bolt + Autoattack + Rewind + Thunder Clap + Storm Bolt + Autoattack + Haymaker .

Note:

Thunder Clap only needs to hit one target for Thunder Strike to deal extra damage.

Description of talents

Perfect Storm increases damage from Q.
Thunder Burn synergizes with Thunder Strike .
Give 'em the Axe! increases autoattack damage.
Haymaker finishes off.
Thunder Strike increases damage from W.
Dwarf Launch just a good talent on E, which helps to quickly approach the target, and taking into account the talent at level 20, immediately leave the danger zone.
Rewind instantly reduces the cooldown of basic abilities.

HEROES

The build is strong against heroes such as Genji, Tracer, Zeratul, because they like to penetrate the weak rear of the team alone and have a small supply of health.

But the build is weak against some heroes, for example:

Anub'arak summons bugs that interfere with the level 13 talent.

Deathwing has a permanent unstoppable.

Medivh can give an allied hero a shield that grants full protection from damage.
