Tyrande Default

Level 1

Ranger is generally a good standard pick on level 1. It's value diminishes if you know you'll want non-W talents at 13 and or 16.

Lunar Blaze should be considered when playing comps that rely on Tyrande's E follow up for picks. Think of reliable follow-up on a Stitches hook, being able to follow up on an Anub'arak or Muradin who've used their E, etc.

Level 16

Celestial Attunement provides Tyrande access to a cleanse for Stuns, Silences and Slows. Pick this up if it's necessary, otherwise default to Empower .

Level 20

Celestial Wrath makes Starfall almost impossible to fight in without losing. It should only be deviated from if fights cannot be kept inside Starfall , e.g. when the opponent is using Mighty Gust or Portal to disengage every time.

Shooting Star provides a decent alternative at level 20, providing constant pressure on the opponent with random casts of Lunar Flare ,  and makes it significantly easier to position to keep up damage and healing through AAs.
