Thrall - Bruiser with good survivability

Echo of the Elements  is better because it's easy to complete. Just wound the minion waves then  Chain Lightning  

You love spam and poke ?  Mana Tide   is for you. It restores your mana and reduces CD. It works well with  Feral Spirit  on a freshly enemy minion wave

You should always have 8 stacks of  Ancestral Wrath  before big/decisive team fight, take some damage then hit the enemy tank with this ability

I prefer  Sundering  for hard CC, but when you are in a squishy team, take  Earthquake  

Frostwolf's Grace  is life, free heal + good use with  Mana Tide  (lvl4)

For lvl 16,  Thunderstorm  to poke, or  Tempest Fury  against melee enemies

Wind Rush  is life too. Better to use it to escape death
