generally provides a nice amount of added burst and area control, making chokes extremely awkward for opponents, especially in combination with

provides better sustained damage when regularly dealing with drawn out fights where you're hitting most grenades.

makes it extremely hard to move around grenades, and is generally a strong throughput talent.
