Plusieurs joueurs se sont plaints de ne pas avoir reçu leur portrait après avoir regardé la finale de Katowice alors qu’ils avaient bien lié leur compte Battle.net avec Twitch.
Glaxigrav (chargé du support aux US) a posté un message sur les forums US indiquant que la distribution du portrait pour les joueurs ayant suivi les Spring Regionals d’Europe, d’Amerique et d’Australie/Nouvelle Zelande était terminée. Etant donné que plusieurs joueurs ont contacté Blizzard à ce sujet, Glaxigrav indique que cela pourrait venir du fait que certaines personnes ont plusieurs comptes Battle.net (on vous a reconnu les smurfs :p) et conseille de suivre ces étapes :
- Se déconnecter de Battle.net.
- Se connecter à Battle.net avec le compte sur lequel vous souhaitez débloquer le portrait.
- Se déconnecter de Twitch.
- Se connecter sur Twitch avec le compte qui regardera la finale (NDLR : Il vous faudra regarder la finale de Taiwan, Corée ou Amérique Latine).
- Allez sur la page des paramètres de connexion Twitch.
- Déconnecter le compte Battle.net.
- Connecter votre compte Battle.net.
Je tiens à ajouter que plusieurs utilisateurs de Reddit semblent suspecter l’extension uBlock Origin de causer le problème, nous vous conseillons donc de désactiver tout bloqueur de pubs ou scripts (comme Ghostery par exemple) sur Twitch, au moins le temps de regarder l’une des 3 finales.
Et afin de vous faciliter la tâche, voici les 3 prochaines finales avec les horaires Français et les liens vers Twitch :
- Taiwan Regional Finals : Dimanche 13 mars à 00h00 sur Twitch.tv/BlizzardZHTW
- Korea Regional Finals : Dimanche 20 mars à 6h00 sur Twitch.tv/ognglobal
- Taiwan Regional Finals : Samedi 19 ou Dimanche 20 selon l’horaire (qui n’est pas encore connu) sur Twitch.tv/copaamerica_es1 ou Twitch.tv/Twitch.tv/copaamerica_pt1

We have completed adding the Spring 2016 Regionals portrait to players who have linked their Battle.net Account to Twitch and tuned in to our ANZ, NA and EU regional finals! We’ve also investigated some of the accounts in this thread or who have contacted our Customer Service teams to determine why they may have not yet received the portrait.
We have found that some players have more than one Battle.net account and may have incorrectly linked the incorrect profile. Try these below steps to re-link the correct account and tune in to the Taiwan, Korea, and Latin America finals to receive the portrait!
• Log out of Battle.net.
• Log in with the Battle.net account you want the portrait on.
• Log out of Twitch.
• Log in to Twitch on the account you will watch the Regional Finals on.
• Navigate to Twitch Connection Settings (https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections).
• Disconnect your Blizzard Battle.net account.
• Connect your Blizzard Battle.net account.
Once your accounts are linked, watch an upcoming Regional Finals stream while logged into Twitch to earn your portrait! At this time, Customer Support is unable to assist further. We encourage players to double-check their account linking (Twitch does not show which Battle.net Account is linked, so it’s better to redo the above steps to be safe) and check out the upcoming regional finals.
